This 4-bedroom beachfront home in Cruz de Huanacaxtle, Nayarit, sleeps up to 10 with four master suites — three with king beds and one convertible to a king. Renovated kitchen with high-end appliances, ocean-view living room, and alfresco balcony dining. Private pool with sun deck, BBQ, and palapa lounge. Private beach access with two paddle boards included. Near fishing villages and water activities on the Bay of Banderas. Ideal for large groups or families.

We provide some bath essentials like soap, shampoo, and toilet paper, as well as a few cleaning supplies, however, please note that these are not replenished during your stay.

Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.

For stays exceeding 7 nights, one cleaning service is included in the rate. Additional cleanings come at an extra charge.

Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Security cameras are used on the exterior of the property for guest safety and security reasons only.

HOUSE RULES

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- To ensure a pleasant environment for everyone, we have a strict no-smoking and no-drug policy on the property. Please be aware that non-compliance will incur a $300 penalty.

- Let's create a respectful atmosphere by refraining from hosting parties, engaging in illegal activities, or causing excessive noise, especially after 10 pm.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.

- While we trust you'll take good care of the property, any damages or additional cleaning charges will be the responsibility of the guest.

- For the convenience and comfort of all guests, please refrain from moving the furniture around

- Pets are not allowed unless you have prior approval, and a pet fee may apply.

Casa Tranquila is a beachfront home in Cruz de Huanacaxtle, Nayarit, on the Bay of Banderas, with a charming beachside ambiance and vibrant, unique décor that feels like a mini-resort from the moment you arrive.

The newly renovated kitchen features high-end appliances and everything needed to prepare meals at home. The adjacent dining area seats the group comfortably, with a smaller table in the next room and a breakfast bar for additional seating. Dine alfresco on the covered balcony with ocean views and a sea breeze.

The grand living room features leather sofas, ocean views, and direct balcony access — open the doors fully to extend the space outdoors.

The home sleeps up to 10 across four master suites. Three have king beds — one on the first floor with pool access, one on the second floor with a private balcony, and one on the third floor with a separate entrance. The fourth suite has two twin beds convertible to a king.

The third floor offers added privacy with a separate entrance, kitchenette, living room, dining area, studio/office space, a pull-out sofa for 2 additional sleepers, a bathroom with double-head shower and copper bath, and an expansive balcony with sunset views over the Bay of Banderas.

The ground-floor patio features an oceanfront private pool, cushioned sun deck loungers, a BBQ grill, and a covered palapa lounge. Private beach access is included, with two paddleboards available for guests.

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home.

La Cruz de Huanacaxtle is a quaint little Mexican fishing village situated on the beautiful Bay de Banderas, approximately 25 km | 15 miles from Puerto Vallarta. You’ll be near Bucerías, and to the north are Punta Mita and Sayulita. Being on the coast, there are many beach activities and water sports, whale watching (Dec to Mar), fishing and boat tours, jet skiing, parasailing and more!

The property is about 24 km | 15 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). There are private airport transfer options, authorized taxi services, and ride-share services like Uber and DiDi. If you arrive by car, there is parking at the home inside the gate.
