- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 11 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to arrange it.

- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Pets are not allowed.

The living area has a large plush sofa facing a Roku TV with Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar that doubles as a laptop workspace, and a dining table that seats four. Washer and dryer included.

Both bedrooms have king beds with direct balcony access. Two and a half bathrooms, including one in the master bedroom. The sofa pulls out to a double bed for a 6th guest. Room-darkening shades and luxury linens throughout.
