- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Please respect the pool hours and rules at the complex. If security on site asks you to obey a rule, please do so.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar with four chairs and a dining table. A private laundry area with a washer-dryer combo is also available.

Both bedrooms have full bathrooms with rainfall showerheads. Bedroom 1 features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds.

The complex features a pool with sun loungers, tropical surroundings, an indoor veranda with seating for meals or remote work, and a ping pong table.

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo plus shared access to the common areas at the complex.

This is a self-check-in property using a digital door code to enter. The code will be sent to you before your arrival.
